Job Description
We are CROSS CULTURAL MEDIA LTD, currently seeking a motivated Junior Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team in Manhattan, NY. In this fully on-site position, you will interact with customers via phone, providing product information and supporting marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, deliver exceptional service, follow company guidelines, generate leads, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on-site. Previous call centre experience is a plus but not required.
