Job Description
Landscape Project Manager
Pay from $30 to $35 per hour

Hours – Full Time: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM (with occasional weekend projects)
Position Responsibilities
Maintain the 17 acres of grounds of Uline’s campus by overseeing mowing, weeding, fertilizing, planting, pruning, watering and pest / disease control.
Meet weekly with our landscape vendor to discuss progress and needs.
Design and plant various seasonal landscaping materials like perennials, grass, annual flowers, trees, shrubs, etc.
Develop knowledge of irrigation, turf and equipment maintenance.
Perform landscape and irrigation system audits and write corresponding reports.
Inspect and ensure landscape equipment is in safe operating condition.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate / diploma in turf management preferred.
5+ years of experience in gardening / landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift / move up to 70 lbs.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
