Job Description

Lead continuous improvement efforts by implementing Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and improve operational flow. Coach and lead cross-functional teams, run Kaizen events, track KPIs, and deliver measurable cost and quality improvements. Responsible for standard work, visual management, root-cause problem solving, and training staff in Lean tools. Require 5+ years in manufacturing or operations, proven change-management skills, analytical mindset, and strong communication. Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
