Job Description
The Cesar Chavez Foundation is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist the property manager in all aspects of property operations. This role focuses on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community functions, aiming for 100% occupancy by retaining current residents and pre-leasing future availability.
Essential Duties:
- Interview prospective tenants and assess their needs.
- Complete lease agreements and collect deposits.
- Manage bookkeeping and tenant accounts.
- Prepare reports and schedules related to property management.
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of LIHTC/Tax Credit/HUD/Section 8 regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Wage: $17.00-$19.00 per hour DOE
