Job Description

Eagle Management is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for our apartment community in Lisle, IL. We prefer candidates with experience in property management, customer service, and/or sales. This position requires about 20 hours of work per week, including every Saturday and two additional weekdays. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with eligibility for leasing commissions. Duties Include:

• Informing prospective residents
• Collecting personal information for tenant qualification
• Showing apartments and preparing lease documents
• Answering calls and emails
• Basic filing and organization
• Other duties as assigned
