Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join Forefront Realty Management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, a great attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants.
• Assist in the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate tenant records.
• Address tenant inquiries professionally.
• Utilize property management software.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of property management practices.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour, Full-time
