Job Description
Duties: Assist at all customer service desks, addressing inquiries in person, online, and via phone. Responsibilities include processing library card applications, shelving books, and managing hold requests. Additional tasks involve billing for lost items and promoting library collections.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. Experience in a library setting is desirable. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
