Job Description
In your new role as Logistics and Office Manager, you’ll support our U.S. sales team with day-to-day administration, coordinate meetings and special events such as trade shows, and oversee all of our U.S. inventory.
- Working with our sales team, you’ll manage the planning/installation of machines, systems, and paper supplies throughout the U.S. and serve as the primary resource for service providers, suppliers, and partners on all matters related to our U.S. operations.
- You’ll organize and administrate our entire office routine, including ordering office supplies, maintenance and equipment, as well as managing contracts, invoices, and other administrative documents
- In this role, you’ll oversee all inventory movements to and from our U.S. warehouse and monitor/optimize a smooth supply chain (from supplier to customer).
- This involves you planning, controlling, and optimizing the entire logistics process (including warehousing, shipping, and receiving).
- In addition, you’ll coordinate routine inventory and stock control, and work closely with shipping providers and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in office or logistics management, including expertise in office and logistics process optimization, as well as in-depth knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
- Good IT skills, especially with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Comarch/SAP)
- Commitment, authenticity, self-confidence, strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a solution-oriented and structured approach to work
- Residence in the area of our distribution facility near Philadelphia, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and willingness to travel for business
