Job Description

Loss Prevention Associate: responsible for protecting store assets by preventing theft, monitoring CCTV, conducting safety checks, and supporting investigations. Patrol the sales floor, perform inventory audits, interview witnesses, prepare incident reports, and coordinate with store management and law enforcement as needed. Maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct while providing professional customer service.

Requirements: high school diploma, strong observation and communication skills, reliable and discreet, ability to stand or walk for long periods, flexible schedule for evenings/weekends, and basic computer skills. Prior retail loss prevention or security experience preferred. Must pass a background check and follow company policies.
