Doorman/Concierge Duties: Greet residents and guests, manage visitor logs, and handle deliveries efficiently.
Porter Duties: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the building while assisting management with operational tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in residential buildings are required. Previous experience in luxury settings is preferred.
