Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support building upkeep and repair. You will assist technicians with preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, perform painting and minor carpentry, maintain tools and inventory, and log work orders. Candidates should have a high school diploma or vocational training, basic hand-tool skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Prior maintenance experience and safety awareness are preferred. This is a hands-on position with a collaborative team and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
