Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Custodian to maintain cleanliness, perform routine repairs, and support facility upkeep. Duties include sweeping, mopping, waste removal, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, preventive maintenance, and reporting larger issues. The ideal candidate has one year of janitorial or maintenance experience, basic tool skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible schedule and teamwork required.
