Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. You will schedule work, supervise technicians, manage spare parts inventory, and enforce safety and quality standards.
Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, technical diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, good communication, and leadership. Familiarity with CMMS and safety regulations is preferred.
