Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations including planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to equipment and facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they follow best practices and safety protocols.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is highly desirable. A solid background in preventive maintenance programs is a plus.
