Job Description

We seek a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to maintain the property’s structure, systems, and equipment. Duties include routine and preventive work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, boilers, chillers, pumps, and fire/life safety systems; troubleshooting and repairing guest rooms and public areas; responding promptly to requests; daily walk-throughs; shop organization and inventory; vendor coordination; accurate maintenance logging; and compliance with safety regulations. Full-time and part-time roles; pay $15.00–$17.00/hr. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, employee discount, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.
