Job Description
Fordham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
– Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues timely
– Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks
– Supervise contractors when necessary
– Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
– Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
– Fluent in English
– Experience in maintenance or a related field
– Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: From $24.00 per hour | Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
