Job Description

The Manufacturing Associate IV – Lead oversees daily production, leads a team, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures output targets are met. Key duties include scheduling, process troubleshooting, training and coaching operators, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with engineering and quality teams.
