Job Description

Key responsibilities include data entry for ecommerce orders, validating order accuracy, interacting directly with customers to resolve issues, and assisting with cancellations and returns.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, customer service experience, and familiarity with accounting systems.
