Job Description
We are hiring a Meat Cutter responsible for cutting, trimming, portioning, and packaging meat to meet quality and safety standards. You will operate knives and saws safely, maintain sanitation, label and weigh products, manage waste, and assist with inventory and customer service. Previous butchery or butcher shop experience preferred; food handling certification and ability to lift 50 lbs required.
