Job Description

Join us as a Medical Alert System Technician installing, testing, and maintaining in-home medical alert and emergency response devices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform site assessments, configure equipment, train customers, log service reports, and respond to urgent service calls. Candidates should have basic electronics experience, familiarity with wireless communication, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Technical certification or equivalent field experience preferred. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift moderate weight. On-call availability and background check required.
