Job Description

• Job Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048
• Description: ROLE IS TEMP AND ONSITE
• Required Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a healthcare facility

Position Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Answering and triaging calls, directing to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Scheduling appointments
• Performing insurance verification functions.
• Calendaring using the Outlook application.

Required:

1-2 years prior medical front/back office/hospital setting, with knowledge of HMO, PPO, POS, & Government insurances.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.12 – $20.97 per hour
