Job Description

Summary of Position:

As a Manager, Member Services at RetireeFirst, you will oversee a team of advocates in a call center, assisting retirees with Medicare insurance concerns. You will train new Retiree Advocates and handle escalated issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• One-on-one training with team members
• Call monitoring for quality assurance
• Case reviews for advocates
• Team meetings and training
• First line of defense for escalated member issues

Qualifications:

• NJ health license (to be obtained within 3 months)
• 3 years in customer service/call center
• 1 year of management experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
