Job Description
Join our team as a Memory Care Caregiver providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents with dementia and memory loss. You will assist with daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding), medication reminders, mobility support, safety monitoring, and behavioral observation. Lead gentle, engaging memory-support activities and communicate changes to the nursing team and families. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience or training in dementia care preferred, valid CNA or caregiver certification a plus, CPR/First Aid preferred, strong communication, patience, and reliable attendance. Background check required. Schedule: rotating shifts available.
