Job Description
Support the Store Manager in executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer experience. Responsibilities include planning and setting visual displays, managing inventory and replenishment, monitoring sales and KPIs, coordinating promotions, training and supervising floor staff, and ensuring store presentation and compliance. Collaborate with buying and operations teams and assist with stock orders and vendor relations. Requirements: 2+ years retail or merchandising experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, basic data analysis and POS/inventory system proficiency, and flexible availability. Strong communication and customer-focus required.
