Job Description
La Michoacana Meat Market is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mixer I. The primary responsibility of this role is to measure and combine ingredients in our mixer, producing high volumes of dough efficiently. You will lift and carry dough weighing 50 pounds or more, while ensuring a clean and sanitized work environment.
Ideal candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess good organizational skills, and be able to manage time effectively. Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout the work shift. Experience in this field is preferred.
