Job Description

Overview: The Monitor Technician supports patient care by observing patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms, documenting findings, and reporting abnormalities to nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythm and vital signs.
• Notify nursing staff of changes and emergencies.
• Ensure accurate patient chart identification.
• Assist in delivering care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with staff members.

Qualifications: High School Diploma and BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. EKG course completion required within 90 days.
