Job Description
Night Crew Chief: Lead and coordinate the night shift team to ensure safe, efficient operations. Oversee loading, unloading, equipment checks, and maintenance; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enforce safety protocols. Train and mentor crew members, complete shift reports, and communicate issues to management. Must have 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse or production, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work overnight hours. Forklift certification and basic computer skills preferred. Reliable, decisive, and safety-focused candidates encouraged to apply.
