Job Description
Under nursing supervision, you will assist the nursing staff by sitting with patients who have specific psychiatric diagnoses to help prevent self-harm or harm to others, following the hospital’s established methods and procedures.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: None required. Prior nursing experience preferred.
Skills: Basic bedside nursing knowledge; ability to recognize harmful situations for at-risk patients.
Adhere to compliance plans, attend required training, and maintain HIPAA standards.
