Job Description
J-N-J Home Care is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This vital role ensures high-quality care for our clients by managing caregiver schedules, facilitating client-caregiver matches, and providing ongoing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee caregiver scheduling
- Support caregivers and resolve concerns
- Assist in onboarding and training
- Maintain records of client care plans
- Communicate updates to clients and families
Qualifications: Experience in caregiving preferred. Proficiency in scheduling software required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Hybrid-remote.
