Job Description
Carla’s Kids is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must learn to use the e-swipe system and perform various duties including document creation in Word and Excel, tracking payments, and managing student enrollment and attendance.
This part-time position pays $16.00 – $25.00 per hour and requires availability between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 100% computer literacy, and bilingual skills. Yearly workshop training is mandatory.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday and work location is in person.
