Job Description

API Property Management, a small but growing H.O.A. property management company in Laguna Hills, is seeking an entry-level full-time Office Assistant. The job includes basic accounting – A/R skills, filing, answering phones, data processing, and scheduling maintenance work.

Ideal candidates should be computer-savvy, familiar with Word and Excel, possess good communication and phone skills, and have basic math skills. Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to work well with others are essential.

A/R experience is a plus.
