Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant with a positive, team-oriented attitude to join our team at the Law Firm of David Le, PLLC in North Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with post-closing tasks
• Create and issue invoices
• Follow up on account receivables
• Process payments and ensure timely reconciliation
• Manage phone calls and direct inquiries

Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person.
