Job Description

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

SYSolar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support operations in our dynamic solar sales organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Assist with scheduling and managing correspondence.
• Ensure an organized and well-stocked office environment.
• Greet visitors with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Aged 19-30 years.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
