Job Description
The Office Services Specialist at 3PL Vision LLC will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling various office management tasks.
Job Details:
Location: Chicago, IL 60601
Shift: Morning (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday)
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Contract
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing)
- Manage office supplies and organization
- Assist with scheduling and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Proven clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
