Job Description
Join our first-class service team at American Kitchen Machinery & Repair! We are searching for a reliable and professional team player to provide backup support for our service team. This role can be full or part-time.
Your tasks will include:
- Answering phone lines
- Closing service calls
- Taking service orders from VIP customers
- Billing of service calls
- Assisting with basic office tasks
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient in Excel & Word
- Pleasant phone voice
- Team player
Pay: $14.95 – $16.45 per hour. Schedule includes 24-40 hours per week.
