Job Description
Join our team as an On-Call Dispatcher. You will coordinate and dispatch field personnel in response to incoming calls and emergencies, monitor job status, update schedules, and communicate with clients and crews via phone, radio, and dispatch software. The role requires flexible on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, basic computer literacy, and calm decision-making under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license required; prior dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to work remotely when needed are a plus.
