Job Description
At Anchor Health Home Care, we are honored to provide care for our community’s cherished family members. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our caregivers and clinicians throughout their onboarding process and employment.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely onboarding of therapists, maintaining compliance documentation, and responding to urgent inquiries. Candidates should have over a year of customer service and onboarding experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
This full-time position is based onsite in the Bronx, NY, offering a pay range of $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, alongside health and dental insurance, and paid time off.
