Job Description
We are hiring an Optical Lab Work Expeditor responsible for coordinating laboratory workflow, prioritizing orders, tracking production status, and communicating with technicians, quality control, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of prescription lenses and eyewear. Duties include sequencing jobs, managing inventory of lenses and frames, scheduling rush and repair orders, preparing job tickets and shipping documentation, and enforcing quality and safety standards. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, prior optical lab or manufacturing experience preferred, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to read prescriptions and use lab software, and excellent communication. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
