Job Description

RUSH Copley Medical Center is seeking a dedicated OR Scheduler to join our team. This part-time position requires a professional who can efficiently manage the surgical schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Responsibilities include answering phones courteously, accurately entering surgical data in the EPIC system, and coordinating additional surgical services. Candidates must ensure confidentiality, confirm daily schedules with provider offices, and monitor compliance for vendors entering the OR. Experience with EPIC, medical terminology, and familiarity with UKG for timekeeping is required. Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
