Job Description

Lead and coordinate daily order fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely picking, packing, and shipping. Supervise and train fulfillment staff, assign tasks, monitor performance metrics (accuracy, throughput, on-time shipments), and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors. Manage inventory accuracy, oversee cycle counts, and collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and prioritize orders. Enforce safety and quality standards, maintain WMS and shipping documentation, and prepare operational reports for management. Require 3+ years in warehouse/fulfillment roles, supervisory experience, strong leadership, knowledge of WMS and shipping systems, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
