Job Description
Chicago State University is seeking a dedicated Parking Services Agent to perform enforcement duties on our campus. Key responsibilities include staffing CSU parking booths, accepting payments, issuing decals, providing customer assistance, enforcing parking regulations, and patrolling facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, possess a valid Illinois driver’s license, and have no felony convictions. Preferred qualifications include PACE driver experience. Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to interact courteously with the public, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
