Job Description
We are a dynamic custom packaging company located in Pasadena, CA, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper. This on-site role is vital for maintaining our financial health and ensuring smooth transactions with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts using QuickBooks.
- Ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Track vendor payments and bank balances.
- Prepare employee wages and generate financial reports.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
