Job Description
Working under the supervision of a Finance Director, the primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Processing cash receipts and disbursements.
- Management of payroll and benefits through an independent payroll processing company.
- Assisting the Finance Director with preparation of invoices, funding sources, budgets, and monthly financial statements.
- General bookkeeping duties.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in accounting (or comparable non-profit business experience) and a working knowledge of automated general ledger systems and cost allocation principles. Familiarity with QuickBooks software is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
