Job Description
Department: Public Services – Planning
Hiring Rate: $25.34/hour
Benefits Offered: No Benefits Offered
Position to be Filled: ASAP
Hours & Days of Work: Monday-Friday, up to 29 hours per week
Location: Public Services Building – Dunlap
Job Summary: Conduct on-site investigations, review complaints for ordinance compliance, and provide consulting services.
Job Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent; 1-2 years related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of zoning/building codes and maps.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; must be 18 years or older.
- Pre-employment background check.
