Job Description
Overview:
The Development Assistant will support Japan Society’s Individual Membership and Giving programs. Responsibilities include managing renewals, gift processing, data entry, member inquiries, and special events.
This is a part-time position of up to 20 hours per week with a pay rate of $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Process and acknowledge gifts for Individual Giving.
- Field inquiries via phone and email, providing member service as needed.
- Update member records in the Raiser’s Edge database.
- Assist with planning targeted campaigns and communications.
- Support select events and projects.
