Job Description

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading innovator in the forklift and material handling industry, is seeking a Parts Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will answer and process incoming parts calls, pull orders, and maintain direct contact with customers. Key responsibilities include preparing customer quotes, managing inventory control, and enhancing customer retention.

Qualifications: High school diploma, strong communication skills, ability to lift 50 lbs., and a valid driver’s license. Experience in parts or inventory control is preferred.
