Position: Patient Access Representative – Clinic
Specialty: ENT
Location: Munster, IN
Job Summary: Powers Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to coordinate services, including patient access, registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. This role requires daily interaction with patients, insurance carriers, and staff to ensure efficient processing of referrals and authorizations.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School graduate (or GED equivalent)
- 1-2 years of insurance or medical billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (CPT/ICD-9 & 10)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule: Full-time, Days/Evenings, M-F 8-4:30p
