Job Description
Patient Advocate Coordinator
The Patient Advocate Coordinator will manage patient-related inquiries, addressing calls and walk-ins regarding medical statements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in patients with billing questions
- Handle patient calls about billing statements
- Coordinate with physicians and billing teams
- Process patient refunds and payments
- Print and mail patient statements and receipts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of office experience
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hour
