Job Description

Mercy Fitzgerald, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our nursing support team in the Med/Surg unit. This part-time position requires a commitment of 24 hours per week during the 12-hour night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.

The PCA will provide direct and indirect patient care tasks under the supervision of nursing staff. Ideal candidates should have a Certified Nurse Assistant designation or be current nursing students, along with a current AHA BLS certification.
