Job Description

We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient scheduling, intake, and continuity of care. You will coordinate appointments, communicate with patients and clinical teams, verify insurance, update electronic medical records, and assist with billing and referrals. Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or administration, 1+ years in a clinical or front-office role, proficiency with EMR systems, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a patient-centered attitude.
